"La Vermuteria del Sherry", which replaces the restaurant "El Ábaco". This new gastronomic concept leaves aside the idea of "table and tablecloth" and offers a wide selection of wines exclusively from the Jerez area, thus maintaining the commitment to local gastronomy as a hallmark. The diner can also enjoy a wide selection of vermouth made in the region, accompanied by portions and tapas.
